Shipping and Handling Rates (in $US):

PRODUCT SHIPS WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Available in the US (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada.

 

We charge a single flat fee for each shipment, plus an additional amount per pound (dimensional) of total shipment weight (rounded up to the nearest pound). The total shipping charge will be displayed during the order process, before you submit your order.

Here is how we calculate total shipping cost:

Definition of ViewSonic New-Discontinued and ViewSonic Refurbished Products:

WHAT IS A NEW-DISCONTINUED VIEWSONIC PRODUCT?
Our New-Discontinued products meet "new product specifications." These products have not been sold prior to your purchase, but are being phased out for new incoming product.

 

WHAT IS A LIKE-NEW REFURBISHED VIEWSONIC PRODUCT?
Our refurbished products include evaluation units, customer return units, and cosmetically imperfect units. These products are retested and determined to meet ViewSonic's quality standards before they are sold as refurbished units. Performance may be slightly below performance of a new ViewSonic unit.

Credit Card Policy:

For your protection, ViewSonic will verify credit card information. Any discrepancies between the "Ship to" address and the "Bill to" address will result in a phoned request for additional information as follows:

(A) fax or mail copy of credit card information;
(B) fax or mail copy of card holder's drivers license and;
(C) fax or mail copy of card holder's signature confirming the order.

Product Pricing:

We confirm the price of a Product as part of our order processing procedures. In the unlikely event that a price stated on our web site is incorrect, then the following applies: if a Product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the Product. If a Product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping, or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Money Back Return Policy:


PLEASE NOTE: Customer is responsible for shipping to and from ViewSonic.

All ViewSonic Online Store products carry a seven (7) day money-back guarantee. If your package from us is recieved in poor condition or shows any physical damage, please refuse the package and contact ViewSonic Customer Support at (800)888-8583. Any units received with shipping damage and not reported to ViewSonic within two (2) business days cannot be returned for replacement, credit or service under the warranty. If you need to return for credit or refund, please contact us via e-mail or phone to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. If returning product from a bundled promotion, returns must include all pieces of the bundle.

Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box (THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT), then pack the item in its original package or a container of sufficient strength or protection (ViewSonic will not be responsible for damage incurred during shipping to us) and return it within seven (7) days from the date you received it to:

Taxes:

The Internet Tax Freedom Act (ITFA), signed into law on October 21, 1998, was primarily intended to prevent state and local governments from imposing new or discriminatory taxes on Internet transactions and on Internet access. Despite its name, ITFA does NOT keep state and local governments from imposing existing sales tax collection requirements on companies selling over the Internet.

As a result, companies selling over the Internet are subject to the same sales tax collection requirements as any other retailers, and are generally required to collect taxes when they ship a product to a destination in a state where they have a physical selling presence. In the United States, ViewSonic has a physical sales presence in AZ, CA, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MD, MI, MN, NJ, NY, OH, TX, and WA; as required by law, we charge sales taxes on deliveries to these states, as well as a California Recycling Fee for products shipped to California customers.

Appropriate taxes and duties are applied for all shipments and are automatically calculated for the customer when they place their order. Customer is responsible for all taxes and duties.
